System & Network Administration

Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments

Manage and monitor LAN infrastructure (switches, cabling, access points)

Configure and maintain Sophos Firewall (rules, VPNs, security policies)

Ensure network security, performance, and availability

VoIP & Communication Systems

Install, configure, and maintain Issabel VoIP systems

Troubleshoot VoIP-related issues (extensions, trunks, call quality)

Manage SIP accounts, IVR, call routing, and recordings

IT Support & Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

Provide Level 1–2 technical support for users

Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Handle incident resolution and root cause analysis

Asset & Ticket Management

Maintain accurate IT asset inventory (hardware, software, licenses)

Use and manage a ticketing system for incident tracking and resolution

Ensure proper documentation of issues, fixes, and procedures

Hardware & Infrastructure

Install, upgrade, and maintain IT hardware

Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups

Assist with new office setups, expansions, and relocations
