Job Details

  • Manage, organize, and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Establish and implement document control procedures for the receipt, distribution, and archiving of construction documents.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
  • Monitor document revisions, track changes, and ensure the latest versions are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for drawings, contracts, permits, and correspondence.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation for client and regulatory approvals.
  • Generate regular reports on document status, outstanding actions, and compliance metrics.
  • Support audits and quality assurance processes by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Train team members on document control procedures and best practices.
