Job Details

  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms for food ingredients and operational materials.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements and maintain cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs and avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods to support uninterrupted restaurant operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about trends, new products, and potential suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to understand product specifications and quality requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
