Job Details

The CPaaS Sales Executive is responsible for new customer acquisition by proactively generating leads, opening doors, and building a strong enterprise pipeline.
The role focuses on hunting , leveraging personal and professional networks, direct outreach, and face-to-face engagement to onboard new customers across targeted industries.
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting (Core Function) Actively generate new leads through cold calling, cold visits, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and personal contacts.
Leverage existing relationships and industry connections to open new accounts.
Identify and approach decision-makers (CX, IT, Digital, Marketing, Operations).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
2. Door Knocking & Field Sales Conduct regular on-site visits to enterprises, SMEs, and startups.
Present CPaaS solutions directly to potential customers.
Establish trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
3. Solution Selling & Use Case Mapping Understand customer pain points and map them to CPaaS use cases (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, OTP, Chatbots, Campaigns).
Work with presales and product teams to propose tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals.
4. Sales Cycle Management Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing.
Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in CRM.
Ensure smooth handover to delivery and account management teams after deal closure.
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence Monitor competitors, pricing models, and customer buying behavior.
Share market insights with sales and product teams.
Identify emerging opportunities within targeted industries.
Target Industries Fintech & Banking E-commerce & Marketplaces Logistics & Delivery Retail & FMCG Healthcare Education & Digital Services Experience Bachelor degree in business administration or any other related feild.
3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
Strong preference for SaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, Cloud, or Digital Services background.
Proven experience in hunting roles , not account farming.
Demonstrated success in generating leads independently.
Experience selling into Retail, FMCG, Logistics, or Consumer-facing businesses Skills Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships at C-level and mid-management levels.
Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Technical Knowledge (Preferred) Familiarity with CPaaS components: SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, OTP, Chatbots, Campaigns.
Basic understanding of APIs and integrations (non-technical level).
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
).
