The Senior Treasury Specialist is responsible for leading the treasury operations within the company, focusing on cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities: 1.
Cash Management:    - Lead the forecasting and management of cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity levels.
   - Oversee daily cash transactions and ensure accurate cash position reporting.
2. Banking Relationships:    - Manage and maintain banking relationships, including negotiating terms and banking services.
   - Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accurate records of all transactions.
3. Financial Risk Management:    - Analyze and assess financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential exposures.
   - Monitor interest rate risk, currency risk, and other financial risks impacting the company.
4. Reporting and Compliance:    - Prepare detailed reports on cash management, financial transactions, and treasury activities.
   - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
5. Leadership and Support:    - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior treasury staff.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals and optimize cash management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related role with a strong understanding of cash management principles.
- Proven track record in managing bank relationships and financial risk.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Excel with strong technical skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication skills.
