- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Advise senior management and stakeholders on legal risks and strategies for business initiatives.
- Manage and resolve corporate disputes, litigation, and regulatory investigations as needed.
- Oversee and coordinate with external legal counsel on specialized matters.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in corporate law and regulations.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to minimize legal risks.
- Support due diligence processes for business transactions and investments.
- Deliver training and guidance to internal teams on legal and compliance matters.
Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing corporate law in a law firm or in-house legal department.Demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.High level of integrity and professional ethics.Experience advising executive leadership and cross-functional teams.Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
