  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and medical positions, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with HCI’s values and role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and community outreach to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating promptly and professionally at every stage.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
