  • Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments of sanitary ware products.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage and distribution processes.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, customs clearance paperwork, and compliance records.
  • Track and report on shipment status, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.
  • Implement and uphold safety and quality standards in all logistics activities, in line with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Support the planning and execution of export operations to Middle Eastern and African markets.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of logistics policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and customer satisfaction.
