Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President to join our team and lead Client Value Management (CVM) initiatives for NEO Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing an end-to-end CVM and engagement strategy, owning financial outcomes, and maximizing active customer base and revenue growth. Your expertise will be crucial in diversifying our revenue base and ensuring strong alignment with Group CVM and Group Digital practices.



Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance digital customer engagement on a daily basis.
  • Drive revenue growth through digital cross-selling of liability products.
  • Plan, design, and implement new products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Diversify and expand the revenue base to maximize profitability.
  • Define and execute an effective CVM and engagement strategy for the NEO Egypt portfolio.
  • Own and optimize financial outcomes, including growth in liabilities, assets, fee income, and product penetration.
  • Lead a dedicated team to deepen customer relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Ensure strong alignment with Group CVM and Group Digital best practices, tailoring them to the Egyptian market.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, with a strong focus on digital customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian market and regulatory environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and cross-selling.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
