Job Details

The Sales Operations Executive at Hyde Park Developments will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing the efficiency of the sales team.
This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who can manage sales processes, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to drive performance.
The Sales Operations Executive will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities: Receive and review all the documents and payments related to the case in the reservation stage and send reservation cheque to the Head Office.
Check all required documents, signed forms, receipts and signatures related to the case in the full cheques stage ensuring that they are matching with all the contractual conditions, take a copy of the cheques then send it to the Head office.
Handle the collected cheques process by meeting the client to collect all the cheques giving him the collected one and ensure reviewing his signature.
Support in preparing payment plan as per the clients` needs using NPV tool to facilitate closing the deal, updating the contracts department with payment methods.
Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
