???? Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to deliver hiring plans on time Own end-to-end recruitment performance across technical, business, and senior roles Ensure ATS, hiring trackers, and hiring plans are accurate and consistently updated Prepare and present recruitment reports (funnels, KPIs, hiring progress) to management Drive effective communication with Hiring Managers, HR, and leadership Ensure hiring-related communications (offers, onboarding, training alignment) are executed on time Coach and develop recruiters while maintaining high execution discipline Support TA process improvement initiatives, SOPs, and job description calibration

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent reporting, tracking, and prioritization skills Experience leading recruiters and managing hiring pipelines at scale Comfortable handling deadlines and executive-level expectations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
