Job Details

* Respond to technical support requests (hardware, software, and network issues) via phone, email, or in person.
* Troubleshoot and resolve PCs, printers, network, email, and connectivity problems.
* Support the setup of new users, including hardware configuration and account access.
* Maintain and update IT support logs, documentation, and issue tracking.
* Install and configure operating systems, software, and security updates.
* Coordinate with the IT Manager for escalated issues and system maintenance.
* Assist in monitoring system performance and implementing basic IT policies.
* Provide first-level support for ERP users, including login issues, access rights, and basic system functionality.
* Support ERP data accuracy by reporting system issues, access problems, or inconsistencies to the IT Manager or ERP vendor.
* Participate in ERP system updates, testing, and basic troubleshooting under supervision.


* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.* 1–5 years of experience in a similar IT support or help desk role.* Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email systems, and networking fundamentals.* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.* Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.* Ability to work well with a team and support multiple departments.* ERP system experience required.
