Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative based in Giza. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting and educating them on pharmaceutical products, and achieving sales targets. The representative will attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, analyze market trends, and report on customer feedback. Additionally, they will organize meetings with healthcare providers, respond to client inquiries, and provide excellent after-sales service.
Qualifications Sales and Business Acumen: Proven ability in sales, including market research, identifying customer needs, and achieving or exceeding targets. Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the healthcare industry landscape. Communication Proficiency: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to clearly present product information. Problem-Solving and Strategy: Skills in analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and providing innovative solutions to client needs. Organization and Time Management: Efficient in planning schedules, managing client visits, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools, along with the ability to understand scientific study data. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Additional: Previous experience in medical sales or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
