Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies for brands or organizations.Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.Experience managing paid social media campaigns and budgets is preferred.
