Role Summary: The Product Manager will own the end-to-end digital product experience that enables customers to discover, purchase, and finance residential properties in a single, seamless journey.
This role sits at the intersection of proptech and fintech, focusing on property transactions as the primary product, with mortgage and banking services embedded into the buying flow.
The role requires strong understanding of real estate processes, mortgage products, and digital marketplaces, with the ability to deliver compliant, scalable products in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities: Product Vision & Strategy (PropTech-First) Define and own the product vision for a digital property-purchase journey with embedded mortgage financing.
Design and evolve end-to-end user journeys from: Property discovery and comparison Eligibility and affordability checks Mortgage offers and approvals Reservation, booking, and transaction completion Align product strategy with business growth objectives, partner needs, and regulatory constraints.
Property Marketplace & Developer Integrations: Own product capabilities related to: Property listings and inventory management Developer and broker onboarding Property eligibility, availability, and pricing Unit-level data accuracy and lifecycle status Define integration requirements with: Real estate developers and brokers Property management and listing systems Government real estate registries and platforms Embedded Mortgage & Banking Enablement: Lead the design of embedded mortgage journeys within the property-purchase flow, including: Buyer pre-qualification and affordability checks Mortgage offer comparison and selection Approval, booking, and financing confirmation Work closely with partner banks and lenders to: Define digital integration and data exchange requirements Optimize approval times and conversion rates Ensure consistent customer experience across lenders Regulatory, Risk & Compliance: Ensure product flows comply with: SAMA regulations Real estate and mortgage regulations in Saudi Arabia KYC, AML, and data privacy requirements Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to embed controls into the product experience without degrading usability.
Support audits and regulatory reviews related to property and financing workflows.
Transaction & Operations Enablement: Design product flows that support: Property reservation and booking Document collection and verification Contracting and approvals Exception handling and manual interventions Ensure seamless handoffs between customers, developers, banks, and internal operations teams.
Delivery & Execution : Translate product vision into epics, features, and user stories.
Work closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.
Manage dependencies across external partners and internal squads.
Metrics & Outcomes : Own and track proptech-focused KPIs, including: Conversion from property view to reservation Conversion from reservation to mortgage approval Time to financing approval and transaction completion Drop-off points across the buyer journey Partner satisfaction (developers and banks) Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of Product Management experience in proptech, fintech, real estate, or digital marketplaces.
Strong understanding of: Residential property sales and buyer journeys Mortgage and home financing products Digital transaction and booking flows Experience building products with multiple external integrations.
Proven ability to work in regulated environments.
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Saudi real estate developers or brokers.
• Familiarity with local mortgage regulations and SAMA guidelines.
• Experience integrating with banks, credit bureaus (e.
g., SIMAH), or government platforms (e.
g., Nafath, Absher).
• Arabic language proficiency.
