Job Details

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions within target markets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Odoo solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of Odoo modules.
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into deliverable solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote IT Zain’s Odoo offerings.

1-4 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the ERP or software solutions sector.Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules and their business applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience with remote or hybrid work arrangements.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
