Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead influencer marketing and PR strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Identify, manage, and grow relationships with influencers, creators, media, and PR partners.
Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, contracting, content alignment, execution, and performance tracking.
Manage media relations, press releases, media kits, and PR campaigns.
Support product launches, events, and brand activations through influencer and PR initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and risk management across all communications.
Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and brand sentiment, providing actionable insights.
Manage budgets, agencies, and external partners efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Brand Communications.
Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns and PR initiatives.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure performance and ROI.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and media landscape.
