((Job Summary))

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing sales operations across the assigned region, managing sales teams, and driving growth with pharmacy chains. Medical background is not mandatory.

((Key Responsibilities))

1-Manage, coach, and motivate sales teams within the assigned region.
2-Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
3-Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chains and key accounts.
4-Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends.
5-Ensure effective market coverage and distribution.
6-Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

((Qualifications))

1-Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role.
Strong experience 2-dealing with pharmacy chains is a must.
3-Medical or pharmaceutical background is not required.
4-Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
5-Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
