Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development (R&D) Supervisor located in the 10th of Ramadan. The R&D Supervisor will oversee the research and development processes, ensuring the creation of high-quality pharmaceutical products. The role involves managing research activities, applying scientific expertise, analyzing product formulations, and coordinating with other teams to meet production and innovation goals.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D), Research, and problem-solving skills Solid foundation in Food Science and Food Technology Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects effectively Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory standards is a plus Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Science, or a related field Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
