Talent Secrets is recruiting an Art Director for one of our clients.
THE ROLEPosition: Art Director Location: Zayed, Giza (On-Site) Employment: Full-Time
WHAT YOU'LL DO:• Lead concepting and visual direction for campaigns & brand work• Translate strategy into mood boards, style frames & key visuals• Review, approve designs & ensure consistency and quality• Mentor designers; assign work, provide feedback & unblock challenges• Coordinate with copywriters to align message and visuals• Ensure assets meet specs, accessibility & platform usability• Oversee quality controls on exports, color, typography & grid systems• Manage project timelines and protect deadlines• Contribute to client presentations & creative rationale• Maintain brand libraries, templates & guidelines
WHAT WE NEED• 7+ years in design/creative roles with at least 2 years leading teams• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development & craft• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud & design systems• Ability to manage multiple projects & give structured feedback• Fluent in Arabic & English (verbal & written)• Bachelor's degree
NICE TO HAVE• Motion design oversight & production workflow experience• Brand identity development for Saudi/GCC brands
