Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist, located in Ismailia, Egypt. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure. Daily tasks include overseeing network administration, ensuring network security, performing troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. The specialist will also provide technical support and exceptional customer service to internal teams, ensuring the stability and reliability of IT systems.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Network Administration and Network Security Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting Excellent technical support and Customer Service skills Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with a diverse team Relevant certifications (e.g., Comp TIA, CCNA, or equivalent) are a plus Experience with eco-friendly IT solutions is advantageous
