Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children in the EYFS.
Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration, discovery, and play-based learning.
Support the individual needs of children, recognizing different learning styles and adapting activities accordingly.
Monitor and assess children's progress and development, maintaining accurate records to inform teaching and share with parents.
Work collaboratively with other educators and support staff to create a cohesive Early Years program.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children’s progress, milestones, and educational activities.
Continuously engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated with early childhood education trends.

Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably in EYFS.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
