The Zoho Sales Account Management Team Lead is responsible for leading and developing the Zoho Sales Account Management Team , ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets, pipeline growth, and customer satisfaction.
This role involves mentoring team members, optimizing sales operations, and aligning sales strategies with Pinerium’s business objectives and the Zoho partnership model.
The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with hands-on experience in Zoho products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing B2B SaaS sales teams.
Responsibilities Leadership & Management Supervise, coach, and evaluate Zoho Sales Account Managers and Senior Zoho Sales Account Managers.
Set monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company revenue goals.
Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and performance reviews.
Ensure all sales activities comply with Pinerium’s Sales SOP and CRM standards.
Oversee the quality of proposals, communication, and client follow-ups within the team.
Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, and ethical sales practices.
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Oversight Monitor the Zoho CRM pipeline, ensuring deal stages, forecasts, and revenue projections are accurate.
Review and validate all major proposals, contracts, and discounts before submission.
Coordinate with the Zoho Solutions Manager to align team strategy with Pinerium’s Zoho objectives.
Identify market trends and competitor activity to improve sales positioning.
Support the sales team in high-value negotiations and enterprise opportunities.
Approve final pricing or escalations as per financial authority levels.
Cross-Department Coordination Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track sales team KPIs including conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and CRM hygiene.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to the Zoho Solutions Manager.
Maintain accountability for team compliance with sales SLAs and communication standards.
Organize and lead Sales Review Meetings, Pipeline Forecasting Sessions, and Quarterly Team Evaluations.
Client Engagement & Escalation Management Handle escalated client negotiations or issue resolutions.
Maintain relationships with strategic or high-value clients.
Represent Pinerium in Zoho partner meetings and regional initiatives.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems.
5+ years of proven experience in B2B software or SaaS sales (Zoho experience preferred).
At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a sales or account management team.
Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and related applications.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
High proficiency with Zoho CRM, Zoho WorkDrive, and Zoho Analytics.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Must have own laptop.
Must be a non-smoker (all types).
Full-time onsite position only – remote work is not permitted.
