Job Summary We are seeking an Operational Sales Executive to support sales operations by coordinating orders, following up with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes in line with company standards. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with CRM and sales operations workflows.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and follow up on sales orders from initiation to execution Maintain accurate records on CRM, Excel, and ERP systems Act as a link between sales, operations, and internal stakeholders Follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction Prepare sales reports, trackers, and operational updates Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day operational activities Ensure compliance with company sales processes and timelines
✅ Requirements Experience: 3–6 years in sales operations/sales coordination Industry exposure: B2B, Corporate Sales, or FMCGEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field Systems: Strong experience with CRM, MS Excel, and ERP systems Language: Excellent command of English
