Job Details

Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term revenue goals. Identify, hunt, and close new B2B clients through cold calls, meetings, events, and field activities. Build, maintain, and optimize a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closure. Convert sales briefs and client needs into successful deals. Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage all account-related communications. Ensure smooth client onboarding, handover, and agreement execution. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Track account performance and provide weekly and monthly sales reports. Collect market and client feedback and share insights with management. Collaborate with support and internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Follow up with clients to maintain satisfaction and retain accounts. Set, track, and achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives. Identify growth opportunities and suggest actions to improve sales performance. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years of sales experience, including 1+ year in Saa S / ERP / POS / E-commerce. Previous experience in tele-sales and account management is required. Background or exposure to ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle is a strong plus. Experience using CRM systems and sales tools (CRM, Genesys, or similar). Strong lead generation and prospecting skills. Target-driven and results-oriented mindset (experience handling high targets is a must). Very good command of English (written and spoken). Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Good listening and client-handling abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). Fast learner with high adaptability and flexibility. Ability to manage multiple accounts and respond to inquiries on time.
