#Qualifications:
-1–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
-Good knowledge of software support tools and troubleshooting techniques. -Solid knowledge of SQL Database Management. -Hands-on experience with Windows Server & IIS (Application Pools, Logs, etc.).
#Key_Skills & #Specifications:
-Ability to work #6_days per week ( from 9AM to 3PM ) including official holidays and evening shifts. -Willingness to work on-site at the customer location (General Administration of Traffic Information Systems).
-Very good communication skills. -Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
-Excellent problem-solving skills. -High level of adaptability and flexibility. Work Environment -On-site support role within a high-impact governmental project.
