Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Head of Sales will lead the sales department, develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operational performance. A focus on fostering effective account management and ensuring customer satisfaction is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:Set clear individual and team sales targets in alignment with the company's overall objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary Translate the commercial strategy set by the CEO into actionable daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans for the team. Develop and implement effective sales processes, scripts, and closing techniques tailored for the Egyptian real estate market. Monitor sales pipelines and funnels to ensure a consistent flow of deals from lead to closing. Handle and support the team in negotiating and closing high-value or complex deals Review sales contracts, payment plans, and reservations, ensuring 100% compliance with company policy and Egyptian real estate laws. Conduct regular sales meetings to track progress, share market insights, and address challenges. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all sales activities, achievements, and forecasts to the CEO. Identify training needs and organize ongoing training sessions according to the annual training plan for the sales team on product knowledge, market trends, sales techniques, and legal procedures. Act as an escalation point for resolving major client issues or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and protecting the company's reputation
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a sales management or team leadership role in real estate company. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales department targets for real estate developments. Demonstrable experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to final closing and handover.
