We’re Hiring | CRM Specialist (Pharmaceutical Industry)

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking to hire CRM Specialist

Key Responsibilities))

. Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry by medical representatives
• Prepare periodic reports (Sales Performance, Coverage, Target Achievement)
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure data accuracy
• Improve CRM utilization and user efficiency
• Monitor compliance with CRM policies and procedures.

((Requirements))
• 1–3 years of CRM experience within pharmaceutical companies only
• Strong experience with Pharma CRM systems
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
