Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 2nd 6 October for a Senior Sales professional. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and cultivating new business opportunities. The Senior Sales associate will also be involved in leading and training sales teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and maintain client satisfaction. Proven expertise in Sales and Training to achieve targets and onboard team members effectively. Strong Sales Management experience to lead and organize sales teams efficiently. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on achieving business growth. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
