Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Services Associate role based in Giza. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, greeting guests warmly, assisting with reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Additional responsibilities include providing solutions to guest concerns and collaborating with team members to maintain the highest service standards.
Qualifications Strong skills in Guest Services and Guest Service management Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations processes Excellent Communication skills in verbal and written formats Ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues Capability to handle guest concerns effectively with a solutions-oriented approach Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an asset Multilingual abilities are considered a strong advantage
