As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive organic growth.
You will be managing multiple social media platforms, crafting compelling content, analysing campaign performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
You are responsible for: Develop and execute strategic social media plans across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create and publish engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand voice, objectives, and target audience.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing and communication strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms, tools, and technologies.
Measure, analyse, and report on social media campaign performance using various analytics and tracking tools.
Optimise social media campaigns based on data insights and trends to drive engagement, reach, and conversion.
Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates to expand our social media reach and enhance brand credibility.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support social media initiatives and partnerships.

Preferably in an agency.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and editing.
Experience in developing and executing social media strategies to drive organic growth and engagement.
Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative social media campaigns.
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
