Customer Service Representative – Fulfillment & Shipping
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of experience in the fulfillment and shipping industry. The role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, delivery status, and returns. • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Track shipments and update customers with accurate delivery information. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. • Maintain accurate customer records and update order status in the system. • Follow up on delayed or missing shipments and provide appropriate solutions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping procedures.
Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within fulfillment, logistics, or shipping industry. • Good understanding of order fulfillment and shipping processes. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
