Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Ismailia, Egypt. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The role also involves personnel management, employee engagement, and supporting HR-related strategic initiatives to foster a productive, inclusive, and efficient workplace.
Qualifications
Expertise in Human Resources functions, including HR Management and Personnel Management Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance standards Experience in managing Employee Benefits and fostering workplace engagement Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Familiarity with global HR standards and multinational work environments is an advantage Proven ability to work on-site in a dynamic, professional, and multicultural setting
