QC/Stability Analst
You will perform analytical testing and manage stability samples to help ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with laboratory colleagues, quality and production teams. We value accuracy, curiosity and a willingness to teach and learn. Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Perform routine analytical testing of raw materials, packaging, intermediates, finished products and stability samples using validated methods.
- Operate, maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR and analytical balances.
- Manage stability sample handling, storage, inventory and documentation to meet study timelines and regulatory needs.
- Record, review and report accurate laboratory data while ensuring data integrity and following quality systems.
- Support investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions for out-of-specification or instrument issues.
- Train and coach new analysts on methods, systems and good laboratory practices.

Basic Qualification:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or a related science field.
- 0 to 3 years of practical laboratory experience in analytical testing, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Practical experience with common analytical instrumentation and laboratory techniques.
- Knowledge of good laboratory practice (GLP) and good manufacturing practice (GMP) expectations.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use laboratory information systems or electronic records.
- Effective communication in English and ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
Preferred Qualification:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience specifically with stability programs and stability sample management.
- Hands-on experience operating HPLC and GC with basic method troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and following standard operating procedures.
- Experience preparing reference standards, reagents and standard solutions.
- Previous experience in a multinational or highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong commitment to data integrity.
Working arrangement
This position is on-site in Egypt. You will work from our laboratory location and collaborate regularly with cross-functional colleagues.
