- Conduct tele-sales calls and promote courses to potential clients.
- Welcome the new students and fully answer their questions.
- Run the assigned classes and help the students.
- Informing students of the course start dates and weekly updates.
- Answer student questions regarding events, course prices, and content.
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Report the tasks and feedback to his direct manager daily.
Proven experience as a front desk representative (especially sales).Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.).Proficient in English (oral and written).Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).Strong communication and people skills.Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.Problem-solving skills.Customer service orientation.
