The BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering all BIM-related discipline works across projects. The role ensures accurate discipline modeling, clash-free coordination, compliance with project standards, and effective collaboration between different discipline design teams. The BIM Coordinator reports directly to the BIM Manager and supports project delivery from concept design to tender documents stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate discipline BIM teams across projects.
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines and manage clash detection and resolution.
• Ensure delivery of accurate BIM models in line with project standards, LOD/LOI, and BEP.
• Review models, drawings, and as-built outputs for quality and coordination.
• Prepare clash reports and participate in BIM coordination meetings.
• Support, mentor, and guide BIM Engineers and Modelers.
