Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the full logistics cycle from supplier production through final warehouse delivery.
  • Follow up with suppliers on lead times to ensure adherence to agreed delivery schedules.
  • Develop and execute shipping plans based on cost, transit time, and shipment priority.
  • Create and manage ACID numbers and ensure full compliance with NAFEZA system requirements.
  • Track shipments via sea, land, and air freight until final delivery.
  • Coordinate with customs clearance teams to ensure timely release of shipments.
  • Prepare & submit complete shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BLs,n (COO), and insurance documents.
  • Handle export shipments  (land freight) to regional markets such as KSA and Libya, from factory packing through final destination delivery.
  • Monitor international commodity prices (e.g., LME zinc prices) and support logistics-related pricing decisions.
  • Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics-related issues in coordination with suppliers and service providers.
