Job Purpose:The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. The role requires expertise in Oracle payroll systems and advanced Excel skills to support payroll analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:Process monthly payroll for employees in compliance with Saudi labor law, social insurance (GOSI), and internal policies. Maintain accurate payroll records, employee data, and salary structures within the Oracle HRMS/Payroll system. Perform payroll reconciliations, variance checks, and ensure error-free salary disbursement. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including end-of-service, overtime, incentives, and deductions. Manage employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory deductions. Coordinate with Finance for payroll transfers and ensure accurate posting to the general ledger. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GOSI, tax/Zakat, and other labor regulations. Support payroll audits by providing accurate data and required documentation. Utilize advanced Excel skills to prepare payroll analytics, dashboards, and reports for management. Stay updated on changes in Saudi payroll laws, wage protection system (WPS), and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the Saudi market. Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll / Oracle HRMS is a must. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis). Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, and WPS regulations. High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
