We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and support all HR operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

???? Job Objective:
Manage HR functions to ensure effective employee management, align HR practices with company goals, and support organizational growth.

???? Key Responsibilities:
* HR planning, recruitment, and talent retention
* Full recruitment & selection process
* Performance management & appraisals
* Payroll, benefits, social & medical insurance
* Training & development
* HR policies, labor law compliance & employee relations
* HR reporting & key metrics

✅ Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in core HR functions
* Knowledge of Egyptian labor law & social insurance
* Strong communication & problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and with teams
* HRMS & Excel proficiency
