We’re Hiring | Retail Development & Design (RDD) Manager
We are seeking an experienced Retail Development & Design (RDD) Manager to join a premium community center in Sheikh Zayed.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage tenant design reviews and fit-out processes from concept to handover • Ensure compliance with design guidelines, operational requirements, and life-safety standards • Coordinate with leasing, operations, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery • Maintain high-quality design, branding consistency, and customer experience
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering • 10–12 years of experience in retail or commercial developments • Strong knowledge of tenant fit-out, shopfront design, and technical coordination
