Oversee and optimize the production processes for wound dressing and medical plaster manufacturing to ensure efficiency and product quality.
Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production lines, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to introduce new technologies and improve existing processes.
Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical issues on the production floor, ensuring minimal downtime and swift resolution.
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a sterile and safe manufacturing environment.
Prepare and present production reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans to management.
