Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza, Egypt, for the Customer Service Department at Art of Service. The role involves handling customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. The Customer Service Representative will work to provide excellent support, resolve customer concerns, and uphold a positive customer experience, contributing to the overall success of the company's branding services.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Customer Experience, with a focus on building strong client relationships Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities Ability to work on-site in Giza and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently Experience in branding, marketing, or related fields is a plus Proficiency in both English and Arabic is an advantage
