This isn't just about selling; it’s about becoming a trusted advisor to our corporate clients. We need a "Deal Closer" who can navigate the B2B landscape and represent our integrated ecosystem (Spaces, Consulting, and Media) with excellence.
Location: Mohandessin, Giza. Employment Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Proactively identify and penetrate new market segments to generate a consistent pipeline of high-value B2B leads. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, sustainable relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers. Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and tailor Work Brand’s integrated solutions (Training, Media, or Spaces) to meet their strategic goals. Masterful Presentations: Conduct professional sales meetings and presentations that clearly articulate our Value Proposition. Target Achievement: Take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B Sales (Services, Corporate, or Media sales background is a plus). Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and professional follow-up skills. Communication: Fluent in communication with a strong ability to build rapport with executive-level clients. Age: Maximum 35 years old. Education: University graduates only.
