- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar energy and water well drilling sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders (especially wholesale dealers).
- Present and promote company products and services through onsite meetings and technical presentations.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with the company’s offerings in solar energy, well drilling, and irrigation systems.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure profitable sales agreements.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support sales strategy.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand presence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective post-sales follow-up and issue resolution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Preferred: Previous experience in solar energy, water pumping systems, well drilling, or irrigation.Alternatively: Proven experience in sales roles in any related or technical field is acceptable.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.Valid driving license is mandatory.Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.Good reporting and organizational skills.Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as required.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
