Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electronic components of textile machinery, including staubli jacquard, itema , picanol and vamatex machine machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electronic systems to minimize production downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Collaborate with production and technical teams to implement improvements and upgrades to electronic control systems.
Maintain and update technical documentation, maintenance logs, and service records for all electronic equipment.
Install, calibrate, and test new electronic devices and control panels on textile machinery.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Provide technical support and training to machine operators and junior maintenance staff.
