  • Manage the hiring process for all hourly and skilled trade positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize specialized tactics to reach the industrial workforce, including local job boards, social media groups, community centers, and referral programs.
  • Efficiently manage high-volume hiring classes to ensure the production floor remains fully staffed and operational.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring they receive timely updates and a professional introduction to our company culture.
  • Collaborate daily with Floor Supervisors and Plant Managers to understand immediate staffing gaps and the specific technical skills required for each cell or line.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure new hires complete necessary safety certifications, background checks, and orientations before their first shift.
