Job Details

  • Coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and leave management processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR and administrative matters.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions for staff.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Support office administration tasks, including procurement of office supplies and facility management.
  • Assist in organizing company events, staff engagement activities, and internal communications. And employee relations initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to support any required tasks, meetings, schedules, invitations 
  • Any other ad hocks or extra duties as per the management requirements and directions.
