  • Develop detailed 3D BIM models (Rivet Models) for structural and precast systems. 
  • Produce accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction drawings / documents based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy and design intent.
  • Integrate BIM workflows with traditional engineering processes to optimize project delivery and coordination.
  • Identify and resolve clashes, inconsistencies, or constructability issues within BIM models.
  • Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Support the implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across all projects.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs, material scheduling, and other data extraction tasks from BIM models.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide technical input and coordinate design changes.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and timeline expectations.
  • Implement design revisions / changes and updates.
