We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Female Administrative Secretary to manage front desk operations while providing administrative and secretarial support to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing front desk duties, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls.

Coordinating and scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.

Attending online meetings and taking accurate minutes of meetings.

Handling travel arrangements, including flight tickets, hotel bookings, and embassy appointments.

Following up on action items and agreed deliverables after meetings.

Organizing and maintaining documents, files, reports, and presentations.

Ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations and communication flow.
