  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue large commercial, industrial, and agricultural clients.
  • Manage key accounts and long-term strategic clients.
  • Conduct executive-level meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Oversee proposal development in coordination with technical office and engineering teams.
  • Structure commercial offers, pricing models, and payment terms.
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover to project execution teams.
  • Mentor and support junior B2B sales team members.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the solar market.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the energy, technology, or industrial sectors.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in developing and managing client relationships at the executive level.Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in an office-based setting.Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences as required.
